History

Finca Palo De Mango is owned by Mr. Alier Bolaños. It was acquired since 2003. This farm is at 1,900 MASL, has 6,000 coffee trees planted and is located in the Vereda (Village) Colon in Genova Municipality, in Nariño Departament

Process

The most mature beans are harvest, then it is pulped the same day and ferment for 18 hours in a tank with spring water, then dried until it reaches the proper humidity and when it is ready it is packaged and stored to stabilize.
