History

In 2003 Covalleupari coop was founded as one of the first commercializer of specialty coffee of the department of Cesar, it was an idea originated during a family reunion with the purpose of commercializing products in an organized way looking to achieve greater benefits for the associates and the farmers.

Process

The coffee is collected by hand selecting only the ripe cherries, after it is pulped, washed and sun dried in patios.
