Selecto Exportadores, our coffee exporter located in the Manizales city, located at 2.153 masl in the heart of Colombia coffee growing region, has machinery of the highest technology to process special coffees including our own cold mill that does not reach 104 ° F of temperature which allows us to preserve the embryo of coffee beans for longer and thanks to the climatic conditions where the storage cellar is located, the coffee and its properties are preserved for longer. likewise, in these facilities we guarantee the total quality control of coffee produced physically and in cup, always looking for the best coffees around Colombia.

Process

Most of the farms has a sun drying process and a fermentation control between 12 to 36 hours depending of the latitude.
